Dot Agent OS in the cloud is the complete platform: every capability, one subscription. Going on-premises, we split it by the job to be done into three dedicated appliances, each built around one role and one team.

The AI Agent OS for Enterprise — the value of agents lies between systems.
Companies don't lack systems. They lack the people who connect them. Dot Agent OS sits on top of the ERP, MES, HR, warehouse, CRM, and email you already run — nothing gets replaced. It reads, schedules, drafts, and routes the decision to a person.
Agents come in through the chat page, channels like LINE and Slack, a website widget, or schedules and events. The hub understands intent, plans the steps, orchestrates tools across your systems, and acts under the user's own identity — anything beyond their permissions or above the risk line becomes an approval card first. Every query and every action is logged.
The cloud edition opens with email sign-up and a short requirements questionnaire, with operations managed by us. The same product also ships fully on-premises — see the three appliances below.
What it does
Understand intent
Reads an email, a message, or an alert and works out what actually needs doing.
Plan steps
Breaks the goal into steps: who to look up first, what to calculate, where a human must confirm.
Orchestrate tools
Calls each system's tools through connectors and applies your playbooks, written once as skills.
Gate permissions
Acts as the user. Effective permission = the user's rights ∩ the agent's allowed scope; anything beyond goes to approval.
Keep audit logs
Every query and action is recorded, reviewable afterwards, and reversible.
Agent groups
Hand one goal to a coordinated team of agents with completion checks, a named decision-maker, and a round limit. Winning approaches become reusable playbooks.
Where it starts
- Sales: quote draft straight from an inquiry email
- Production planning: order in, work-order draft out
- Equipment: alarm triggers a maintenance dispatch
- Quality: complaints consolidated into an 8D draft
- HR: shift schedule draft with gap alerts
- Procurement: delivery tracking with overdue warnings
The three appliances below are built on the ASUS Ascent GX10. Models, knowledge bases and audit logs run inside your own network. ASUS Ascent GX10 specifications
Your company's AI coworker, in a box.
ASUS Ascent GX10
Dot Colleague is the on-prem edition of Dot Agent OS, pre-installed on an ASUS Ascent GX10. Power on, activate the license, and the department has a new AI coworker.
It connects to the systems you already have: connectors expose the interfaces of your ERP, CRM, HR, leave, and expense systems to the agent; skills capture your playbooks once so every agent follows them. It takes a task from a sentence, an email, or a message, looks things up, runs the numbers, drafts the output, and lays the prepared options in front of a person — helping humans decide, never deciding for them.
Models, conversations, knowledge bases, files, and audit logs all stay on your server and never pass through us. Built for companies whose data can't leave the intranet but who want AI available to everyone.
What it does
Task delegation
Takes tasks from the chat page, LINE/Slack, or scheduled events, then plans and runs the steps itself.
Cross-system execution
Connectors to ERP, CRM, HR, and finance systems — read access first, draft creation next.
Document output
Quotes, reports, meeting minutes, and memo drafts — prepared so a person only needs to edit and send.
Knowledge Q&A
The workspace is the team's shared filing cabinet; knowledge-base nodes are what agents look things up in.
Memory and lessons
Learns your preferences and customer context from conversations, and writes itself reminders after mistakes.
Approval cards
Writes and outbound actions are tiered: automatic, notify-after, requires approval, or forbidden. Risky things always ask first.
Where it starts
- Quote assistant: inquiry comes in, agent checks stock and price lists, drafts the quote
- Procurement tracking: daily comparison of orders vs. deliveries, overdue items flagged early
- Complaint consolidation: scattered emails and forms gathered into one report
- Internal admin: leave, expenses, and seal requests pre-filled by the agent
The AI creative studio, on-prem — from raw material to finished piece, on your own machine.
ASUS Ascent GX10
Dot Studio puts the video and visual production pipeline into one machine: script, assets, generation, and final assembly in a single workflow, with a person able to step in at every stage.
Brand style settings, the asset library, and version history stay local. The agent produces visuals and content in a consistent style; assets that need licensing or go external are flagged by rule and sent for approval.
Built for teams with high content volume that care about brand consistency and asset security — marketing departments, content teams, agencies, and education providers.
What it does
Visual generation
Images and video assets produced to the brand's style settings, with the style locked.
Content workflow
Script → assets → generation → final piece, as one pipeline with human checkpoints.
Asset management
Library, versions, and licensing status in one place — findable and traceable.
Brand consistency
Style, type, color, and banned elements written as settings that every output follows.
Human review
Finished pieces are seen by a person before release; external-use assets go through approval.
Data stays local
Assets and outputs live on your own machine, never uploaded to third-party services.
Where it starts
- Marketing assets: one product brief, multi-platform visuals and copy
- Course content: teaching script to infographics and video assets, end to end
- Brand visuals: series imagery in a fixed style, batch-produced and versioned
